Sam Zietz is the founder and CEO of the financial technology company TouchSuite® and its affiliated companies. Since its inception in 2003, the company has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including the esteemed Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” list of the fastest growing private companies in America – with 2014 marking its sixth time on the prestigious list. TouchSuite was also recently named the #1 Fastest Growing Company in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal, and fastest growing technology company in the state by the compilation of The Business Journals’ various Florida publications. Zietz’s enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and startups is evident in what excites him most about TouchSuite: “I’m most passionate that TouchSuite gives small businesses a real opportunity to be competitive in today’s marketplace. Every Fortune 500 or large multinational company has access to capital markets and the highly customized technology in their fields; we offer that same access on a smaller scale to all small business owners. Everything is about leveling the playing field,” he said. Mr. Zietz sits is on the executive board of the Palm Beach chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is on the executive board of the South Florida chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) as well as being a member of the Orange Bowl Committee. A regular guest speaker at universities, Zietz is extremely devoted to supporting young entrepreneurs and serves as a mentor to budding businessmen and women. He is also an active angel investor with a number of investments under management. Prior to entering the merchant processing industry, Zietz was a corporate attorney specializing in structured finance with the New York-based law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP. Prior to Skadden, he worked in the business tax planning department at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sam Zietz earned a LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law, and received his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, where he graduated first in his class. Zietz earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. Besides his passion for innovation and entrepreneurship his personal passion is his children, ages 14, 13 and 8, and watching and coaching them in sports such as lacrosse and football. He currently lives in Boca Raton, FL with his children and his wife, Sheila.

Jack Lynn

Jack Lynn has over 15 years of operations, finance and M&A experience with a focus on Business and Consumer Services companies where technology was utilized to enable accelerated growth, streamline operations, promote customer retention and maximize profitability.  Prior to joining TouchSuite, Jack was as a partner in New River Capital Partners and held various senior executive positions in their portfolio companies and related investments. Most recently, he oversaw the management and strategic direction of New River’s portfolio of web based training companies and health club operations. Jack also worked extensively with Jamba Juice, Inc. in their turnaround efforts and Swisher Hygiene, Inc. a national facilities services company. Prior to joining New River, Jack specialized in the retail sector of the Assurance and Advisory Services division of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and held finance positions with Claire's Stores, Inc., a worldwide retail company in the apparel, costume jewelry, and accessory market. Jack has a BA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree from Florida International University.

Executive Vice President of Sales

While Mike officially joined TouchSuite as Executive Vice President of Sales in 2017, he had already been working with our team as an agent since 2014 in his capacity as CEO of East Payment Solutions (EPS), a merchant services provider based in Rockville, Maryland. Mike has worked in all areas of the merchant services industry, specializing in sales training and management, overseeing hundreds of agents during his time with multiple processing companies including Innovative Merchant Solutions, Electronic Payments and Heartland. In 2009, Mike founded EPS, a company that he grew to over 150M in annual processing volume by the time he came on board with TouchSuite. In his current role as TouchSuite’s EVP of Sales, Mike is focused on building both our inside sales team and our outside agent sales program through a strong infrastructure that includes offices throughout all of the U.S. and Canada.

Jeff White

Jeff White joined the TouchSuite team after spending more than 12 years developing innovative and cost-effective software for the small business retailer. Prior to his role at TouchSuite, Jeff founded Pensmore, Inc., a software technology company most known for creating Lightning Payments, one of the only alternative payment processing products fully-integrated with QuickBooks’ suite of business and accounting software. Jeff’s extensive industry knowledge and strategic sales and marketing capabilities prompted the opportunity for him to join Pensmore in the TouchSuite acquisition where he continues to work in software development and third party integration and is able to provide in-depth client support on the very products he created. Before he started Pensmore in 2011, Jeff also launched a tech start up in Tampa, DrivenCRM, which he grew to an 11-person team with zero outside capital in just six months and where he first established his relationship with Inuit, QuickBook’s parent company. Prior to this, Jeff served as vice president of sales at KnowTia Corporation, a company he would later acquire at DrivenCRM. Jeff’s innovative products have earned him various awards by leading industry associations and his reputation as an industry expert have allowed him the opportunity publish various industry works on the topic of payment processing and consumer security. Jeff graduated Suma Cum Laude with degrees in both Finance and Marketing from Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa.

Richard Feldman

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Richard Feldman has over 15 years of corporate development, private equity, and investment banking experience with a focus in the Fintech and Financial Services sectors. He has advised on over $1.5 billion worth of transactions. Prior to joining TouchSuite, Richard served as Director of BGC Partners’ (Nasdaq: BGCP) Strategic Transactions Group. He advised the senior management team on corporate opportunities that resulted in numerous completed transactions including Heat Energy, Remate Lince, Epsilon Networks, and Wolf and Hurst. Prior to BGC, Richard worked in Bank of America’s Global Principal Investments Group as a Vice President. He invested over $115 MM in capital, managed a portfolio of public and private investments worth over $1 B in value, and advised on transactions worth approximately $400 MM. Richard served as a Director of ELX Futures, L.P, NYSE Amex Options, LLC, and CHX Holdings. Prior to Bank of America, Richard held buy and sell-side positions at Cruiser Capital, Painter Hill Partners, and Wachovia. Richard Feldman received his B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Richard lives in Delray Beach, Florida with his family and enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, and traveling.
