Does TouchSuite Café do everything the competition does?

Yes, and more! TouchSuite Café is a fully-featured, all-in-one quick service restaurant system, complete with restaurant software already loaded. Designed for ease of use with a color touch screen POS monitor and finger friendly design, TouchSuite Café comes packaged with everything you need to manage your quick service business with an easy touch. It has all the advanced staff, customer, menu, inventory, quick ring up, automated marketing, comprehensive reporting, and secure backup that you’d expect from a market leader.

Is TouchSuite easy to learn and use? I don’t have much time for setup and training.

The TouchSuite Café quick service restaurant system is very easy – even for beginners. You’ll love its simple, intuitive touch screen design.

Why is TouchSuite so affordable?

We've combined our outstanding quick service POS technologies with our merchant processing capabilities, enabling us to offer the combined services at a substantial discount.

Do I need an Internet connection?

Yes. Many of the features like on-screen support, free upgrades, and NewsBites™ need a DSL or similar Internet connection. Your credit card transactions will be lightening-fast too.

Will my introductory credit processing rate change dramatically overtime?

No. There are some normal market fluctuations that always take place, but they are usually confined to a couple hundredths of a point. In other words … no large scale increases will take place.

Do I need to buy anything separately?

TouchSuite Café comes complete with everything you need – it’s a complete small restaurant system. You do not need to purchase a computer, other hardware or separate quick service restaurant software. The system does, however, require a high-speed internet connection for certain features. If you do not already have DSL or Cable Internet at your place of business, you can easily set that up with your local phone or cable company.

Will my data be safe?

Yes. You can operate TouchSuite worry-free. TouchSuite Café comes complete with a battery backup that protects the quick service restaurant system from power surges and data loss. TouchSuite Café’s small restaurant software also has automatic data backup built-in.

Can I have more than one system networked together?

Yes. You can have multiple workstations and satellite terminals that work seamlessly together. All stations share data in real time.

Can I customize pricing, menu buttons, categories, and modifiers?

Yes. This information is customizable. If your menu changes frequently, you’ll love this dynamic tool.

Does TouchSuite offer Integrated Merchant Processing?

Yes. Your TouchSuite system requires an American Bancard merchant account for integrated credit card processing and reporting. Your TouchSuite representative will assist you with the application process.

 

Can TouchSuite handle advanced features such as time-sensitive pricing, meal deal management, and recipe costing?

TouchSuite can do it all. We've worked closely with quick service professionals and industry insiders to design a fully-featured quick service restaurant system, with advanced touch screen POS technology.

Does TouchSuite alert me when inventory is running low?

Yes. Your product list is color-coded. Red items are running low. Black items are in good supply. You set these parameters yourself (e.g. alert me when stock is below 3 units, etc). Simply re-order from your own vendors right form the touch screen. In addition, TouchSuite’s Prep Manager tells you which recipes are affected by on-hand shortages and expiration dates.

Can we import our database from our old program?

Yes. As long as that program has an export function (which most do). We can then convert that data into our format and load it onto TouchSuite Café for you.

Can TouchSuite track tips by server?

Yes. The system tracks tips automatically … without the need for tip adjustments and batch outs. The integrated card swiper and dynamic register handles all of this automatically.

Can I print address and retail product labels?

Yes. Labels are formatted for standard 1” x 2 5/8” label paper.

What kind of reports do you have? Can I track sales by employee, client, date, product, service?

Yes. TouchSuite Café is a full service small restaurant system; offering comprehensive reporting on all of your businesses data. You can view detailed reports right from your touch screen POS terminal such as reporting on sales, staff, clients, products, vendors, purchase orders, and more. You’ll have all the reports you could ever want, organized in easy to navigate sections. Track time and attendance, sales by date range and category, item profitability, projected sales, staff payouts, and more.

Can I surf the internet on TouchSuite?

No. TouchSuite is a closed quick service restaurant system. This protects your business information from outside hackers and viruses. The use of broadband is solely for fast, secure credit processing and text/email features offered through TouchSuite Café.

Do you have online help and live customer support?

Yes. We have many options for support. You can instant message us right from your touch screen POS terminal, or you can call customer service and speak to a specialist. We also have video tutorials to help you walk-through any feature, and there’s a help button built into every section of the program (just press the gray navigation bar on any screen for help related to that section).

Is there a warranty? Can I get a replacement if something doesn’t function correctly?

Yes. Your TouchSuite Café quick service restaurant system is protected by our 90-day replacement warranty. This warranty covers product defects, but does not cover damage due to neglect, physical damage or abuse.
